Just an update: I shipped my HP laptop on a Monday and got it back on Thursday of the same week! I was absolutely amazed at the turn around time. I now have a brand new display/screen and even got a new battery out of the deal because I noted on my repair request form that my battery had never held a charge. Absolutely no repair cost or shipping cost to me…and only without my laptop for 4 days. Given that my laptop is my work computer, and I run an internet business, getting my laptop back so quickly was huge for me!! Thanks to Jereme the case manager who worked with me on this
